Online Food Ordering & Restaurant Management Ecosystem

A complete end-to-end online food ordering and restaurant management system including customer app, delivery app, kitchen app, POS admin panel, kiosk ordering, and fleet management — all integrated into one powerful ecosystem.

The client was managing orders manually using phone calls and WhatsApp, leading to: Order miscommunication between staff Delays in preparation and delivery No centralized order tracking Difficulty managing multiple branches and delivery riders Lack of real-time business insights and reports They needed a scalable, automated, and all-in-one solution that could handle customer orders, kitchen operations, delivery logistics, and admin control from one system. We developed a complete restaurant technology ecosystem consisting of: A user-friendly Customer Mobile App for ordering and tracking A Kitchen App for live order preparation An Order Taker App for in-store staff A Self-Service Kiosk App for walk-in customers A Delivery Boy App with live tracking and order management A powerful Admin Panel & POS System for full control Integrated Fleet Management for rider assignment and tracking All apps are connected through a centralized backend, ensuring real-time updates, smooth operations, and accurate reporting. This project is a fully integrated online food ordering and restaurant operations platform designed to digitize and automate the entire restaurant workflow. The system allows customers to place orders through a modern mobile app or self-service kiosk, while restaurant staff manage orders via kitchen and order-taker apps. Delivery operations are handled through a dedicated delivery rider app with live tracking, and administrators control everything through a centralized Admin Panel & POS system. The solution was built to support single or multi-branch restaurants, real-time order updates, smart fleet management, and seamless communication between customers, kitchen staff, riders, and admins — resulting in faster service, fewer errors, and increased revenue.
