The heavy equipment market in Jeddah is competitive. The client struggled with managing inventory availability via phone calls and spreadsheets. They often faced "double-booking" issues and missed opportunities outside of standard business hours. They needed a system that could capture leads and manage service requests automatically We implemented a custom "Service Booking Engine." Instead of a simple contact form, the "Book Now" buttons on the service pages trigger a guided workflow where users specify the rental duration, equipment type, and site location. This project transformed a traditional, phone-based equipment rental business into a digital-first operation. The client, based in Jeddah, needed a "Reliable Forklift Rental Solution" that could operate 24/7 without constant manual oversight. We designed a high-contrast, industrial-themed website that prioritizes clarity and speed. The "Service Booking System" allows contractors to filter machinery by capacity and type, view detailed specs, and submit booking requests instantly. The site also features a dedicated "Our Story" and "Client Reviews" section to build trust with new enterprise clients.
